CEO & Founder
Janice leads the formulation and execution of the growth strategy for the firm, including serving as its Chief Investment Officer. Prior to founding 514 Equity Group, Janice held growth strategy and operating executive positions at T-Mobile, H&R Block, The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, Hallmark, and C2FO. Janice began her career at Goldman Sachs and has worked in a variety of corporate finance roles including being engaged by a middle market PE firm to enhance their diligence process and portfolio company management. Janice earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Harvard University and has completed McKinsey & Company’s Executive Leadership Program as well as post-graduate training in Leadership in Professional Services Firms at Harvard Business School.
Advisor
Darryl advises on the formulation and execution of growth strategies and operational improvements for portfolio companies. Prior to 514 Equity Group, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Inform Diagnostics, a PE- owned company where he led the turnaround and exit. Over his 30-year career in healthcare, Darryl has held numerous executive leadership and general management positions domestically and internationally. He began his career in IT at IBM. Darryl earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Davis, an MBA from the University of Chicago and completed post-graduate training in Advanced International Management at Oxford University in Oxford, England
